Ronald D. Warner
Consultant | Founding Partner

Ronald D. Warner is the founding partner of Warner Pearson Vandejen & Consultants, PLLC and has been providing trusted accounting and advisory services in South Florida since 1972.

A former IRS field agent with more than 10 years of government experience, Ron brings a deep understanding of tax compliance, audits, and financial reporting. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential, specializing in business valuations and strategic financial consulting.

Originally from Kansas, Ron attended Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island, before beginning his distinguished career in accounting and public service. He is also a proud Korean War veteran.

In his free time, Ron enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren and playing a great game of golf.

Jennifer M. Pearson
Partner

Jennifer M. Pearson is an IRS Enrolled Agent and Partner with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, tax, and financial management. She has been a valued leader at Warner Pearson Vandejen & Consultants, PLLC since 2003, developing extensive expertise through her accounting and management roles within the firm.

Jennifer works closely with individuals and businesses to provide strategic tax planning, comprehensive accounting services, and practical financial guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her depth of experience allows her to help clients navigate complex tax matters with clarity and confidence while maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy, integrity, and personalized service.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and is also a Notary Public.

A Florida native, Jennifer embraces the salt life and enjoys practicing yoga in her free time.
